Jennifer Minnehan has over 20 years of operational and management experience for various lobbying firms in Sacramento; MVM Strategy Group, McCabe & Company and V. John White Associates.
Her responsibilities have included but not limited to administrative duties, overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing subtenants, coordinating meetings with the Governor’s office and Legislative offices, coordinating large scale Lobby Days, development and maintenance of websites, managing accounts receivable and payable, legislative tracking, preparation and submission of legislative filings required by the Fair Political Practices Commission and the Secretary of State’s Office.
While Jennifer served as Operations Manager for McCabe & Company she also managed investment properties for the owner of the company.
During her time with V. John White Associates, Ms. Minnehan served as Operations Manager for two non-profit organizations, the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies (CEERT) and the Clean Power Campaign. She was the primary assistant in the planning and organization of Clean Power Day at the State Capitol of California, production of the Clean Power Journal, brochures, and booths for special events related to electricity deregulation in Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego.
In 2005, Jennifer was an intern for the Public Affairs Department at Good Day Sacramento. During her time there she gathered past stories from I-News for their 3rd quarter Federal Communications Reports. She also participated in events at the State Capital and Cal Expo to educate the general public about Good Day Sacramento’s live Spanish telecast with the use of SAP audio.
