TERESA ANDERSON
Executive Director
Teresa Anderson has over 30 years serving, supporting, and advocating for and with individuals with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) community. She began her career as a direct support professional in day programs, residential settings, as well as job coaching. Thereafter, in the early 90’s she worked as a program specialist in a non-public school supporting the transition of students out of the Sonoma Developmental Center as part of the Coffeltlawsuit. Prior to coming to CPCIDD Teresa was the Public Policy Director for The Arc and United Cerebral Palsy California Collaboration where she worked to advance the human and civil rights of people with IDD. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, a Master’s Degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Advocacy for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and a Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and especially loves beating her husband in golf.
Dave Manson
Director of Outreach & Engagement
Dave Manson has a lengthy and diverse background in education, non-profit management, government service, and private sector sales and marketing. Starting his career as a classroom teacher in South Central Los Angeles in the late 1980’s, Dave soon migrated to leadership in the non-profit arena as Director and Executive Director of a variety of community benefit corporations. His work in the nonprofit arena spanned community development efforts in prisoner reentry and criminal justice reform, affordable housing, youth development, and food insecurity.
Jennifer Minnehan
Executive Associate
Jennifer Minnehan has over 20 years of operational and management experience for various lobbying firms in Sacramento; MVM Strategy Group, McCabe & Company and V. John White Associates. She also servd as Operations Manager for two non-profit organizations, the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies (CEERT) and the Clean Power Campaign.
